Coaching That Guides You Toward Clarity, Confidence & Purpose
Finding clarity, confidence, and purpose isn’t easy, but you don’t have to do it alone. Coaching creates space to slow down, reflect, and move forward with intentionality and direction.
Why I Coach
I know what it means to grow through career shifts, life transitions, and the search for purpose. I have experienced it firsthand. After twenty-five years in leadership roles with Deloitte, one of the world's largest professional services and consulting firms, I began sensing a deeper calling to help people live and work with greater meaning, alignment, and joy.
Those transitions weren't easy. I wrestled with questions of purpose, fulfillment, and whether my work truly mattered. But through that struggle, I discovered something profound: when your life and work align with how you're uniquely designed, everything changes. Not just what you do, but how you experience it.
That's what I want for my clients. Not just a better job title or slightly different role, but genuine alignment that brings meaning, energy, and joy.
My Story and Background
Before becoming a coach, I spent over two decades at Deloitte leading complex projects and advising executives on major business decisions. The work was challenging and meaningful, but what I found most rewarding was helping people grow, developing leaders, guiding teams through change, and fostering clarity and confidence in others.
That realization led me to pursue formal training in coaching and ministry. I hold a Master of Arts in Ministry and Leadership and an Advanced Certificate in Transformational Coaching from Western Seminary, and I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Today, my coaching practice brings together my experience in business, leadership, and ministry to serve people who are seeking direction, purpose, and meaningful impact in their work and life. Whether someone is re-evaluating their career, stepping into a new season, or simply desiring greater alignment between who they are and what they do, my goal is to help them move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe each person is uniquely designed with a combination of strengths, values, personality, and life experiences that shape who they are and how they thrive. When these parts of our design are aligned, we experience purpose, fulfillment, and joy. When they are not, we often feel restless, stuck, or disconnected from what matters most.
Coaching provides a space to uncover that design and bring life back into alignment. But let me be clear: this isn't casual self-discovery or a fun personality quiz. It's transformational work. It requires courage to honestly examine where you are, commitment to do the hard thinking, and willingness to take action even when it's uncomfortable.
Together, we explore what drives and fulfills you, identify what may be out of balance, and create intentional steps toward a life that reflects your values and purpose. I bring structure through proven frameworks and professional assessments, but I hold them loosely. The process is always responsive to your unique story and season.
Whether you are navigating a transition, exploring new purpose, or seeking greater clarity in your work or life, coaching offers a supportive space to move forward with confidence and intentionality.
