I also follow good-faith privacy practices that align with U.S. standards for clients located in the United States.

Payment details processed securely through Stripe
Signatures and agreements via Dropbox Sign (HelloSign)
When you visit my website, limited information (such as browser type and page views) may be automatically collected by Squarespace for security and site functionality.

4. Storage and security
I store information using secure, password-protected systems, including:
Google Workspace and Google Drive (U.S.-based servers)
Apple iCloud (U.S.-based servers)
Local storage on encrypted devices in Australia
When recording or transcribing a coaching session, I may use Gemini (Google Meet transcription) with your explicit consent. Transcripts and notes are used solely for coaching and reflection purposes.
I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute protection.
5. Third-party service providers
To deliver my services efficiently, I use trusted third-party platforms. These providers may store or process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.
Key providers include:
Acuity Scheduling – appointment booking and calendar management
Stripe – secure payment processing
Dropbox Sign (HelloSign) – electronic contract signing
Google Workspace, Drive, and Gemini – email, document storage, and transcription
Squarespace – website hosting and contact form functionality
Each provider has its own privacy policy outlining how it protects and manages personal data.
6. Disclosure of information
I do not share your personal information with third parties unless:

My coaching services are primarily designed for adults. If I work with a client under the age of 18, I will require parental or guardian consent before collecting, using, or storing any personal information.
11. Cookies and analytics
At present, I do not use tracking or advertising cookies beyond those necessary for basic Squarespace website functionality. If analytics or marketing tools (such as Google Analytics) are introduced in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect that use.
