Getting Started

  • Coaching is a collaborative and forward-focused process that helps you gain clarity, explore new possibilities, set meaningful goals, and take intentional steps forward. It’s not therapy or consulting. Coaching is about guiding you to discover insights, make aligned decisions, and build momentum toward the life and work you’re called to.

  • Start by scheduling a free 30-minute Discovery Call. This no-pressure conversation gives us a chance to talk about your goals, answer your questions, and see if we're a good fit. If we decide to move forward, I’ll recommend a coaching package tailored to your needs.

Coaching Experience

  • Each session is a focused and supportive conversation. I’ll ask meaningful questions, offer reflections, and help you identify what’s getting in the way of your goals. You’ll leave with greater clarity, energy, and clear next steps.

  • Coaching can support a variety of goals. Common themes with my clients include:

    • Career clarity or transition

    • Planning for retirement or a new season of life

    • Aligning your life with your values and faith

    • Making a big decision or setting a new goal

    • Moving forward after feeling stuck

    • Leadership growth or avoiding burnout

  • Depending on your goals, I may suggest professional assessments to deepen self-awareness. These might include:

    • CliftonStrengths - Identifies your natural talents and how to leverage them

    • VIA Character Strengths - Highlights positive traits like perseverance, gratitude, curiosity

    • Big Five (OCEAN) Personality - Reveals how you're wired to think, relate, and engage

    • Values Discovery Tool - Clarifies what matters most to you

    These aren't required, and I never use assessments just for the sake of it. When they'll genuinely serve your growth, I'll suggest them. Otherwise, we focus on reflective conversation and powerful questions.

  • You'll likely gain clarity and new perspectives from our very first session. But genuine transformation, the kind that reshapes how you live and work, takes time and sustained effort.

    Most clients start seeing meaningful shifts within 4-6 sessions as they gain self-awareness and begin taking aligned action. Lasting change requires commitment beyond our coaching conversations: reflection, experimentation, and willingness to step outside your comfort zone.

  • Yes, when it’s desired. My coaching is rooted in Christian values and I offer spiritual insight and prayer when welcomed. That said, every coaching session is shaped by your goals, preferences, and comfort level. I meet each client where they are.

  • No. I work with clients from a range of backgrounds who are looking for purpose, clarity, or alignment. If you’re open to thoughtful, values-based coaching, you are welcome here.

Session Format & Scheduling

  • I typically hold our first session over Google Meet (video), as it helps build connection and rapport. After that, you’re welcome to choose the format that works best for you: video (Google Meet), phone (audio-only), or in person when possible.

    Each format has strengths. Some clients prefer video for the visual connection. Others find phone sessions allow for deeper reflection and fewer distractions. In-person sessions are available when logistics allow, but many clients find virtual options just as effective. I’ll support you in whatever format helps you feel most comfortable and engaged.

  • Most clients choose to meet weekly or every other week. Both rhythms work well, depending on your goals and schedule.

    • Weekly sessions create momentum and faster progress

    • Bi-weekly sessions give more time for reflection and follow-through

    I’ve found that going more than two weeks between sessions makes it harder to stay consistent, especially if a session gets rescheduled. If you’re looking for steady progress, I recommend starting weekly. We can always adjust as we go.

Coaching Packages & Payment

  • Many clients start with a six-session package. This provides structure and space to explore your goals in depth. Others continue longer or return for focused support in the future. I also offer one-off sessions for specific needs. We’ll tailor the approach to what fits your life and season.

  • We will discuss pricing in our initial discovery call. I offer custom coaching packages and à la carte options for specific topics or shorter commitments. Coaching is an investment in your growth and I’m committed to providing clarity, momentum, and lasting value.

  • Once you decide to move forward, I’ll send a digital coaching agreement via Dropbox Sign for your review and signature. Payment is handled securely through Stripe, where you can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.

Coaching in an AI World

  • AI is a helpful tool, but it can't replace the human elements of coaching. My coaching provides what technology can’t – authentic connection, intuitive understanding, and personalized accountability. Coaching with me is a deeply tailored experience designed to support your goals with empathy, trust, and real-world wisdom.
